Beaudesert park proposed as new site for PCYC

Community consultation is set to commence on the Police Citizens Youth Club planned for Beaudesert, with Dick Westerman Park earmarked as a suitable site for the project.

Scenic Rim Regional Council will commence community consultation on the draft land management plan, which will include the proposal to locate the PCYC in the western portion of the park in Enterprise Drive, while considering the park's existing uses.

Community consultation is expected to commence in early September and will be available through Council's website or visit the Let's Talk Scenic Rim online community engagement platform.
