Volunteering
Scenic Rim Regional Council acknowledges the important contribution made by volunteers who work with Council staff to help facilitate a range of community services and programs throughout the Scenic Rim. To find out more about becoming a volunteer, please read our Volunteer Handbook.
There are many opportunities for members of the community to volunteer at Council's cultural centres, events and festivals and libraries, as outlined in the fact sheets below.

To take the first step towards becoming a volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Application Form.
How to apply
You must apply at least four weeks before you want to start work experience. Council cannot accept all applicants. School students should return a completed Work Experience Application to their school work experience coordinator or other representative so they can send them to Council at the address below. TAFE and other university students can return the completed forms to Council at the address below.
