New Tamborine Mountain Library facility

Great News! The Tamborine Mountain Library services will be moving into their new space in July 2023.

In order to deliver a smooth transition to the new facility, the following changes to service delivery will be required:

• Monday 3 July - Wednesday 5 July (limited services available)
  • Book collection and shelving will commence being moved into the new library.
  • Customer Service counter will remain open,  and library services will allow for book returns, limited collection access (e.g. magazines, newspapers) and book reservations.
     
• Thursday 6 July - Saturday 8 July
  • Tamborine Mountain Library will be closed to finalise moving the remaining resources.
     
• Monday 3 July - Saturday 8 July
  • Unfortunately during this time there will no programs available in the library.  This is to ensure  the safety of the public as books and shelving will be being moved. 
  • However, all school holiday programs that were to be conducted during this week are scheduled for the week prior. 
  • This means that no school holiday program has been cancelled. 
  • In addition, there are children's programs during this time available at the Vonda Youngman Community Centre.
     
• Monday 10 July 2023
  • The new Tamborine Mountain Library will be open to the public.
