The Mayor may comment on any portfolio in addition to the representative Councillor.
Councillor portfolios have been assigned on the basis of a Councillor's knowledge, skill or experience in a certain area, or their interest in the subject matter.
Changes to the previous term's portfolios include the removal of the Economic Development and Prosperity, held by formerly by the Office of the Mayor.
In addition, the Roads and Bridges portfolio has been changed to Transportation Infrastructure.
