Biodiversity Strategy Report Card 2015-2020
This Report Card provides a snapshot of achievements and efforts made to preserve biodiversity in the region, through 2015-2020.
Significant events that impact on biodiversity occurred during this time, including the 2017 floods of Cyclone Debbie and the drought and wildfires of Black Summer 2019-2020. Yet the region continues to support an incredible diversity of species and ecosystems, including numerous threatened species like koalas and glossy black-cockatoos.
